Processes DArTag MADC reports against Breeding Insight’s public microhaplotype databases and assigns fixed allele IDs ready for downstream analysis.

HapApp checks a raw DArTag Missing Allele Discovery Count (MADC) report, filters rare microhaplotypes, and compares each one with Breeding Insight’s microhaplotype database for your species. Known microhaplotypes keep their established IDs and new ones receive new unique IDs.
